Returns & Refunds Policy
At PureWhisky, we’re dedicated to providing you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish. We take great care in ensuring every order arrives in perfect condition, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the details below to make sure your return is processed quickly and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received — unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any opened bottles or partially consumed products.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Email our Customer Service team at hello@purewhisky.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions:
- Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Package Securely:
- Repack your item(s) safely in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation, and include a note with your RA number.
- Ship Your Return:
- Send the parcel to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the original delivery cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at hello@purewhisky.co.uk and we’ll arrange this as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g. syrups, mixers, or soft drinks)
- Customised or personalised products
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion
