Returns & Refunds Policy
At Pure Whisky, we’re dedicated to giving you a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. Please review the details below to ensure your return is handled quickly and efficiently.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any bottles that have been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please:
- Contact us at hello@purewhisky.co.uk, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide instructions on where to send your parcel.
- Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories or paperwork, and clearly mark your RA number inside the parcel.
- Send your return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your postage receipt, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive faulty or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at hello@purewhisky.co.uk to arrange this.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (such as mixers or soft drinks)
- Personalised or custom-engraved items
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
