Don Fulano Fuerte is a profoundly aromatic still-strength Tequila made using the finest agaves from the highlands of Jalisco. The Fonseca family let the Tequilas grow and mature in the iron-rich soils for 10 or more years, before harvesting and distilling the pure essence of the agave plant. Don Fulano Fuerte showcases bright notes of jasmine and orange blossom, underpinned by rich, vegetal agave flavours. There is a remarkable minerality on the palate, highlighting the highland terroir in which the agaves were grown, along with a smooth orchard fruit character. The finish is long and complex with notes of cooked agave and pepper.
